I'm very excited to announce the return of my Multi sensorial supper club on the 24th May and 14th June from 7pm.
I'll cook a 7 courses plant based and gluten free supper inspired by synesthesia.
Each course is based on a different colour, chakra and will includ a scent, a vibrant coloured drink and a dish.
You'll be gently guided into a mindful and rich supper, and asked to dive into the feelings those stimuli might provoke.
